What volumes do you run?
From single first-article parts through low-rate and recurring production orders.
When is EDM the right process?
EDM cuts hardened steels and fine features that are hard to machine conventionally: sharp internal corners, deep narrow slots and tight-tolerance profiles. Wire EDM handles through-profiles; sinker EDM burns cavities and detail.
What is a first-article inspection?
The first parts off a new program, inspected against the drawing before production begins, so every repeat order starts from a confirmed process.
